Trading Terms      Double Z Enterprises P/L  T/as  RIKARO        ABN 15 069 626 213                                      

• Initial sale: Proforma , after which you are welcome to open a trading account.
• Account terms: 7-30 days from invoice date.
• Conditions: Goods are sold on an ex-warehouse Braeside VIC 3195 basis. We will arrange freight & insurance on our customers behalf, or a customer may collect goods, or make they own delivery arrangements. Title to the goods shall not pass until the purchase price is paid in full.
• Transport: Rikaro will arrange cost effective & safe transport with either: Fastway Couriers, Toll Ipec, Direct Freight Express., Australia Post, Couries Please & other reliable carrier.
• Prices: All prices are GST excluded. Prices are subject to change without any notice.
• Minimum order is $200 (GST excluded) unless pre-arranged with Rikaro. For orders under $200 - $10 administration fee may apply.
• Claims:   Claims must be made within 7 days from delivery. Email with the photos of the claim is required.
• Settlement:  If you pay within 7 days of the invoice date, deduct 5%
                    All accounts must be finalized within 30 Days from invoice date
                    Should an account exceed 90 days, interest will be charged at 3% per month and collection fees will apply
• Payment Methods: accepted Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, Direct Deposit.
• Images: All colours and products shown on our website, advertisements and promotional material are reproduced as closely as possible. Rikaro retains authorship and copyright on all publications, images and product designs.
